1. What’s included in the 2 Bundle Sew-In Special?


This special includes two bundles of natural raw wave hair, a relaxing shampoo, deep conditioning under the steamer or dryer and a traditional sew-in install. You’ll leave with a flawless, natural-looking style and a confidence boost.

 

2. Do I need to bring my own hair?

No, the hair is included in the special! You’ll receive two high-quality bundles lengths 16 and 18”. You are able to request another bundle for an additional price.

 

3. What lengths are available for the bundles?


You’ll receive two bundles of 16” and 18”. These lengths give you a natural yet full look. If you’d like longer lengths, you can upgrade for an additional fee.


We do not keep lengths 22 inches or longer in stock at the salon. These lengths must be ordered and typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive (excluding weekends).

4. Is the hair included raw or virgin?


I provide premium raw hair, known for its longevity, softness, and natural wave pattern. It can be reused with proper care for multiple installs.

 

5. How long will the sew-in last?


With proper care and maintenance, it is recommended to keep your sew-in in no longer than 8 weeks but It can last 3 to 4 months.

 

6. Is a wash and blow-dry included in the service?


Yes, a full shampoo and blow-dry are included to ensure a clean foundation for your sew-in.

 

7. Do you offer a hair consultation before the appointment?


Yes, I offer consultations. Just click the button “I need a consultation first.”

 

8. Can I upgrade to 3 bundles or add a closure?


Absolutely! You can upgrade to 3 bundles and/or add a closure for an additional fee.

9. What type of braid pattern will be used?


I use a flat, secure braid pattern customized to your head shape to ensure your install lays naturally and comfortably.

 

10. Is the install beginner-friendly or low-maintenance?


Yes! This install is beginner-friendly and low maintenance, making it perfect for first-time sew-in clients or anyone who wants a polished style without daily heat. If your hair is not heat trained please ask about my smoothing treatment.

 

11. How should I care for my sew-in at home?


I provide a personalized at-home care guide after your service that will be texted or emailed to you. Generally, wrap your hair at night with a silk or satin scarf, avoid heavy products, and use a paddle brush to maintain the hair’s luster.

 

12. How long does the appointment take?


Plan for about 4 to 4.5 hours. This includes the shampoo, condition, sew-in install and style.

 

13. Do you offer same-day or last-minute bookings?


I recommend booking in advance, but feel free to check my availability. You might get lucky with a last-minute opening!

 

14. Can I reuse the hair from this sew-in for future installs?


Yes! My raw hair is designed to last for multiple installs when properly cared for. It gets better over time.

 

15. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy?


I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.

 

16.Where are you located and is parking available?


I am conveniently located in the Beverly area. Free parking is available, it is street parking
